Job Description:
• Reading newspapers to identify new journalists and competitor/ coverage tracking
• Formulating & Sending Emails, Client Lists and Media & Journalist Names
• Cutting & Scanning important news articles/ images from newspapers & magazines, mailing Coverage & Evaluations (Collating and analysing media coverage)
• Liaising with and answering enquiries from media and other individuals, often via telephone and email
• Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Facebook & lnstagram
**Creating & Formulating Press Releases, Collection Notes and Generating Story Ideas
**To manage media for all events, photo shoots, press conferences, etc., Organise, manage and attend related PR events

Job Description:
• Conceptualise, produce and execute multiple creative outputs per day across all social media platforms FB, Instagram & LinkedIn (including, but not limited to, standard posts, re-cuts of how-to videos, animated GIFs, etc.). Content should be culturally relevant, integrate influencer partners and events, product and promotions
• Design and retouch social posts, plus make modifications to existing creative, as needed
• Create and edit short videos, animations and gifs using raw footage captured with camera phones
• Contribute to brainstorms with cross-functional team to help surface new, innovative ways to create digital/social content
• Lead the social team in discovering and using apps that can allow them to execute basic design duties
• Report regularly on competitive brand activity. Research niche brands and creative/editorial outlets for the latest trends and inspiration
